Price from: €850 installed. This is a starting point for a base width/projection without a motor. What factors change the price?

Width/Projection

The larger the line (width) and the projection, the higher the mechanical and profile demands. In Sotogrande, for example, we usually install cassettes with reinforced arms for open terraces.

Type of Canvas

Acrylic or technical fabric, weight, anti-mold treatments, and resistance to sea spray. In Estepona, due to the marine environment, we prioritize fabrics with a marine treatment and appropriate hardware finishes.

Motor and Sensors

Manual or motorized, with the option of a wind/sun sensor and app control. Our rule of thumb: “If you use the awning daily, motorization is a must; the awning that gets used is the one that lasts.”

Includes: technical visit, measurement, custom manufacturing, and professional installation. Warranty and maintenance: we define these on a personalized basis once the installation and its components have been agreed upon.

 

Options and Extras

Manual vs Motorized

Manual is more affordable; motorized provides comfort, less strain on the arms, and better tension management. For commercial premises or large terraces, we highly recommend a motor.

Wind Sensor and App Control

The sensor retracts the cassette if the wind picks up; the sun sensor extends it when the heat intensifies. With the app, you can program schedules and check whether it is open or closed from your phone.

Details That Make a Difference

Straight or wavy valances, integrated LED lighting under the cassette, matching RAL lacquers, and side caps that seal the aesthetic. Small extras, great results.

Models and Finishes

Full Cassette (Maximum Protection)

It closes completely and protects the canvas and arms best: ideal for frontline beach properties or highly exposed terraces.

Semi-Cassette (Functional Balance)

Visually lighter, good protection, and a controlled budget. It works very well on sheltered balconies or patios.

Lacquered Finishes and Styles

Square (contemporary look) vs rounded (soft lines). In San Pedro and Benahavís, we usually combine a square cassette with black or anthracite window frames for a very modern look.

Our Process in 4 Steps

1) Technical Visit

We typically respond within 48–72 hours. We take measurements and review the orientation and actual shading at different times of the day.

2) Custom Proposal

We provide 2–3 clear options: manual/motorized, with or without sensors, recommended canvases, and finishes. “We prefer that you compare on paper what you will see hanging on your facade.”

3) Manufacturing

The cassette and canvas are manufactured to the exact measurements of the space. Dates and deadlines are confirmed with you (depending on workshop workload and finishes).

4) Clean Installation

We protect the area, install everything, and leave it tidy. If you have an old awning, we can remove it.
